Maryan Aiken . {Founder & CEO}

Maryan is the CEO and Founder of CityBox, a digital hub designed to showcase the business storytellers in the city. She is responsible for the company's overall vision and strategy as well as day-to-day operations.

Maryan develops and designs memorable & engaging marketing programs. She blends her digital media expertise fusing it with her passion for producing intimate but power packed networking gatherings where innovators and game changers take part. She developed, designed & created PaperGlass Media & now CityBox Media opening an alternative gateway for small to large size companies to cross pollinate.

CityBox Media is a vibrant digital hub that share and showcase the game changers and trailblazers in Atlanta with their products, services and company offerings. It's the perfect venue to discover some of the hottest emerging companies, entrepreneurs, small business owners and enterprises.

Maryan is a taste maker, a natural connector, a humanitarian involved with One Billion Rising, With Love Global Foundation in collaboration with Mrs. Georgia America 2017. She's the founder of The Mavericks, The Muse, The Young Mavericks, Brilliance, PaperGlass, WireTap, PaperGlass Honors & Beyond Beauty Series. She was the recipient of the Women of The Year Award 2011 by Alive Magazine, Jezebel Magazine & Bloomingdale's Women of Style 2015 & she collaborated with Bloomingdale’s Men of Style. In 2016 she was given a key to the city as one of the Taste Makers in Atlanta by STK. Maryan is a presenter, a public speaker and has interviewed some of the game changers and the who’s who in Atlanta.

She is currently in collaboration with Dior Atlanta {Fragrance. Cosmetics. Skin Care at Saks Fifth Avenue. Nordstrom Phipps Plaza & Macy's Lenox Square} where she conceptualized, developed and designed an exclusive program called Dior Men & Dior Mavens. Maryan is a passionate serial entrepreneur and a Mom to Hunter & Taylor, a future Corporate Attorney and Cyber Security Specialist, both are Co-Founders of CityBox Media since their teens.

She is involved with various charitable organizations such as AFLAC CHOA as well as other local charities and she is about to embark on paying forward with fellow entrepreneurs, & business owners by developing The CityBox Media Project, #womensupportingwomen, a curated branding & marketing program specific to Women Owned and Women Led Companies one business at a time.

Maryan was recently appointed to take on a committee chair of Public Relations for Hope & Will Foundation to benefit Children's Healthcare of Atlanta for its annual Hope & Will Ball taking place in January 2019 at St. Regis Atlanta.

On her spare time Maryan plays racquetball and loves to shoot hoops!

HUNTER AIKEN {CO FOUNDER. CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER}

Hunter is one of those rare and gifted minds. At 9 years old, he realized his entrepreneurship capacity and set it in motion by creating paper cell phone holders and sold them to his classmates earning him the most monopoly money at the end of the school year dominating the End of The School Year Market Fair allowing him to buy most of the school goodies for himself and for his friends. When he was 16 years old and a junior at Lambert High School, he designed the visual lay out of the organization website and collaborated in developing the WireTree website and concept and became the Co Founder of WireTree, PaperGlass, & WireTap & now CityBox Media.

Hunter is currently a junior in college majoring in IT with a concentration in Cyber Security.

CO- CEO INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

LILA ASRAF

Lila is a junior at the Atlanta International School's International Baccalaureate Program. She is interested in pursuing a career in medicine but passionate about gaining experiences in marketing, public relations, and design. She is a fashionista at heart and when she's not globe trotting and exploring the world with her parents, she volunteers her time with various charitable organizations like Childspring International in Atlanta and community service at Rustic Pathways Program in Cuba. She served as a translator and volunteered at Nanjing Course on Cardiac Revascularization & ACS Symposium Medical Conference in Nanjing China.  She's done artwork on Syria refugee crisis and it was displayed at Princeton University. She's attended the National Youth Leadership Forum Engineering and Technology at Berkeley University, Berkeley, California. She's fluent in Mandarin and in Spanish.  She was an intern at Guangzhou Medical in China and now she will be working alongside with Maryan under the CityBox Media's Internship Co- CEO Internship Program.

Under CityBox Media's Intership Program, she formed & manages her own team of interns, spearheaded the Beyond Beauty Teen Series & she is a founding member of Beyond Beauty Teen Series and the first Dior Darling Honoree.

Aaron Whipple 

Aaron is an entrepreneur and go-getter with a background in management, business, and communications. Aaron graduated in 2014 and then went on tour as a speaker and communicator traveling all around the nation speaking to teenagers and young adults alike. After returning home from his two years on the road he founded and built his own non-profit organization which continues to reach thousands of students around Atlanta. He is currently pursuing his marketing management degree at Western Governors University and plans to use his knowledge and skills in the marketing and branding world. He continues to run a team of 30+ individuals with his organization and plans to continue growing and impacting Atlanta students.

Aaron is a stouthearted achiever with an urban lifestyle and is a passionate member of the CityBox team. Aaron will manage and oversee the Sales and Marketing aspect of CityBox.

NICK TUCKER 

Nick Tucker was born in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from Cambridge High School in Milton. He is currently a finance major at Kennesaw State University and freshly appointed as the newest Co-CEO intern for CityBox Media overseeing sales and advertising. He is excited to work alongside Maryan along with all the successful businesses that have chosen to be a part of the CityBox Media community.

Taylor maher

Taylor Maher is the newly appointed Co CEO College Intern for CityBox Media for 2019. She is a college senior at Kennesaw State University, majoring in Apparel & Textiles and she is aspiring to work for Vogue Magazine after college.

With great enthusiasm, Taylor is looking forward to be an excellent contributor at City Box Media. She is currently overseeing Sales. Advertising. & Events at CityBox Media
