"Everyone says it but it's worth repeating: In business and in life, honesty is the best policy. I've always been a firm believer of giving 100% to everything I undertake. If I can't give my all, then I will tell you and I will not take on the project. I think being known for honesty is a major bridge to building relationships."

ON BUSINESS
Who are your biggest influencers and mentors personally & professionally and why? Personally-my Mother Grace Rayner and my aunt Gail Hutchins. They are the epitome of the "Steel Magnolia" and their beauty and brains have been a major influence on my life. Professorially: In this order, my cousin Terry Marsden Brasfield who became a journalist and mentor-allowing me to follow in her footsteps.
Rebekah Roehrick- who headed up the PR/Special Events department for a major department store and taught me the basics of planning truly special events.
Steve Chamberlain: my boss and friend at Turner Home Entertainment/Broadcasting who believed in me enough to hire me to orchestrate the 50th Anniversary of "Gone With The Wind" for the Turner.
