I am an aviator and love to fly when I get a chance. For me, it is the ultimate experience which both exhilarating and rewarding.
I view failure as a necessary part of the experience and ultimate success. I try my best to learn from them and not repeat the same mistake when possible.

What fuels your drive? Realization of my dreams (many of them). “All things are created twice,” says Stephen R. Covey. “There's a mental or first creation, and a physical or second creation to all things. That journey is what fueling my drive.

What exciting project are you working on? The most exciting project I am working is the Humanitarian Flight Foundation (http://flightfoundation.org ). The National Humanitarian Flight Foundation is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization that arranges free, non-emergency air travel for children and adults with serious medical conditions and other compelling needs. The foundation also support’s FBI’s counter human trafficking and our goal is raising awareness and much needed supports for the field agents when it comes to the rescue of the victims.

What's been your most successful approach in building business relationships? It is all about the quality of the network. Helping employees, colleges, partners and people in general. This would create an amazing network of recourses that enables the success and long-term longevity of the business.

What are the lessons you've gained that have profoundly shifted your direction in business? To be truly successful in business you need to take care of the people and business. In short be kind, do the right thing and have a faith!
