My mom and my business partner, Robbie Spence. They are two of the hardest working and most goal oriented, committed women I know. They are both my inspiration.

One of the most exciting process of our existence is our evolution. As an entrepreneur, business professional, or business owner, what do you think your evolution has been in the last few years? I had the good fortune under the guidance of Dr. Larsen to be an integral part of growing his plastic surgery practice and launching a successful med spa, coolsculpting studio and surgery center. It’s been an amazing journey.
What one characteristic that you believe every leader should have? When an individual has the patience and ability to teach and share their knowledge, a leader has been born.
What's been your most successful approach in building business relationships? People gravitate towards positivity.. I like to surround myself with positive, energetic, like-minded individuals. And business relationships then thrive by default.
What are the lessons you've gained that have profoundly shifted your direction in business? Being open minded, trusting my own capabilities as well as those around me, taking risks (within reason) and stepping outside my comfort zone has opened many doors, relationships and opportunities.
What are the few resources you would recommend to someone looking to gain insight into becoming a better leader? Professional advice you received that tremendously shifted your career? Step back and put things into perspective… And at the end of the day, do what really matters
What type of products or service do you offer? We offer state-of-the-art plastic surgery, med spa and coolsculpting procedures provided by the most highly trained and qualified professionals.
What is unique about your business? We are able to offer personal, intimate experiences for all our patients no matter their caliber of aesthetic interest. We respect the goals of our patients and have the highest trained providers allowing us to offer the most advanced and sophisticated treatments available.
To what do you attribute your success? To an absolutely amazing plastic surgeon, compassionate and brilliant doctor and best friend, Dr. Alan Larsen AND to my other partner in crime and best friend, Robbie Spence.
Ivy Lane is a gift and clothing boutique homegrown in Marietta, GA. We were founded by Julie Turner, a long-time Cobb county resident, Georgia Tech engineer, wife and mom of three, six years ago. We love being a shopping hub in Cobb county, and love giving back to this same community even more. Our East Cobb boutique is located in Marietta’s Highland Plaza Shopping Center at 3605 Sandy Plains Road near Publix and Bath & Body Works.
What method of networking have worked for you and why? Our patients are our best referrals. Our practice is very successful because of the great results they receive and they share their experience with their friends and family.

What do you do for fun? I love being a mom! Also, really love my job(s), travel, yoga festivals and snowboarding.
